June 2007 - The Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM), The Cessna Aircraft Company, released revision 16 to the Conquest II Maintenance Manual. Revision 16 includes Supplemental Inspection Documents (SID's) and adds 26 new required phase inspections. With these additional inspection requirements, the Conquest II inspection program incorporates new Nondestructive Testing (NDT) technology with the aim of maintaining the reliability and safety of the aging fleet.
According to this revision all Cessna Conquest II's regardless of age, flight time, or specific mission must be scheduled for compliance with these inspections by September of 2008. You can apply for an extension, but some conditions do apply.

Revision 6 includes Supplemental Inspection Documents (SID's) and adds 31 new required phase inspections. With these additional inspection requirements, the Conquest II inspection program incorporates new Nondestructive Testing (NDT) technology with the aim of maintaining the reliability and safety of the aging fleet. Moreover, on February 4th, 2008 The Cessna Aircraft Company released Service Bulletin CQB08-2. This Service Bulletin requires the de-mate of both wings to facilitate installation of access panels necessary to accomplish the new Supplemental Inspection Documents.
