Thunder guarantees that no closing will proceed or any money will be transferred until all documents – such as delivery receipts, bill of sale, clear title, lien releases and other closing articles – are in correct order and are physically with the designated escrow company. Thunder follows the process until the new registration and title have been registered by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the aircraft is sitting in your hangar.
